Join Allied Universal at a financial institutions location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to alarms and/or guest needs, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and/or visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial services setting.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor processing, and help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications and assisting with incident documentation.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of offices, lobbies, and perimeter areas as assigned, checking doors, restricted areas, and security-related equipment for irregularities.
• Complete detailed written reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management, and support security-related investigations as directed.
