As a Security Officer Patrol Unit in North Liberty, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, following post orders, and/or assisting with emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter access points.
Help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity by monitoring entrances, observing on-site conditions, and documenting security-related concerns.
Support daily operations by communicating with site personnel and visitors, completing routine logs and reports, and reporting maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues.
