As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. You will interact with visitors and employees, provide exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Monitor the premises for unusual activity and report any security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
Document incidents and daily activities as required by site protocols.
Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.
