As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming presence. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the location.
Document and report any unusual activities or incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or clients at the location while performing patrol duties.
