Security Officer
About The Position
Observing, patrolling the interior and exterior of the property. Vigilant in detecting suspicious behavior and preventing incidents. Assist visitors and guests by providing directions or information, contributing to a positive environment while maintaining security. Manage entry and exit points, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to the property. Including checking identification. Provides escort for slot drop, stand-by, etc. as needed. Responsible for maintaining any disturbances and the property safe, including documenting incidents in detailed reports. Performs any other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Proficient in English verbal and written
- Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
