Location & Site Specific Information: Houston, Texas Zip Code 77060 We are seeking a skilled security officer to become part of our team at a commercial tower property located on the north side of the city. The main role of the officer is to ensure a safe and secure exterior environment for both employees and visitors, emphasizing high visibility to act as a deterrent. The officer will perform routine patrols of the property using a motorized patrol unit. Additionally, they will be tasked with maintaining a heightened level of alertness regarding activities on the premises and monitoring all suspicious vehicles and individuals Schedule: Monday: 10PM-6AM Tuesday: 10PM-6AM Wednesday: 10PM-6AM Thursday: 10PM-6AM Friday: 10PM-6AM Total weekly hours = 40 hours (set schedule) This presents an exceptional chance to join a fresh team dedicated to upholding security and safety standards at an outstanding facility. Responsibilities

Greet every guest that enters the premise in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor guests to their general destination within the property
Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents on the exterior of the property
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property
Conduct regular patrols of the grounds to identify and address any potential security issues
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a concierge-like demeanor
Operate a state of-the-art mobile patrol unit during hours of operation
Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
