As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR or first aid is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and any unusual activity according to site protocols.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policy.
Remain alert and observant of the surroundings to help to deter potential threats or suspicious behavior at the location.
