Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills.
• You must be able to read, write, type and use hotel communication devices.
• This position requires you to stand and move around for an entire shift.
• You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Previous security experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform security walks throughout the hotel property and grounds, both inside and outside.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and how to assist employees and guests when necessary.
• Maintain key control procedures.
• Ensure communication ability with the Front Desk is maintained at all times.
• Ensure logs are filled out with detail.
• Assist all guests with a warm, hospitable demeanor.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
