As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for building visitors and tenants. Your role involves monitoring access, verifying credentials, assisting guests, and providing excellent customer service to create a welcoming environment. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and supporting building operations through strong communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and First Aid training is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Monitor access control at the front desk and verify identification of individuals entering or exiting the commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or unusual activity encountered at the front desk area.
Assist with visitor management, including logging visitors and issuing badges per site guidelines.
Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site management.
Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and property management to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
