As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a large manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and/or responding personnel, and provide customer-focused assistance to employees and visitors. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with post orders.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
- Complete detailed reports of observations, incidents, and/or unusual conditions, and communicate pertinent information during shift transitions.
