Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• Reliable means of transportation
• Means of communication
• Pass all required background and drug screenings
• Customer service oriented
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Effective written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
• Providing general security duties to our clients
• Promoting safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards
• Understanding and complying with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions
• Participating in training and becoming familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI’s safety manual
• Interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner
• Performing routine foot patrols
• Moderate lifting
• Working in all-weather elements
