As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, supporting a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Monitor access points and control entry to designated areas within the location, verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
Assist with emergency response activities, including guiding occupants during drills and/or actual emergencies, in accordance with site protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for review by Allied Universal and/or client representatives.
