As a Security Officer Zone Patrol in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and observe public areas to help to deter disruptions, report concerns, and/or support orderly operations for employees, visitors, and the public.
  • Support daily operations by completing incident reports, following post orders, and/or relaying information to supervisors, site contacts, and/or first responders when needed.
