As a Security Officer - Full Time Evenings in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service. Requirements

  • Have 1+ Years' Law Enforcement Experience OR 2+ Years' Security Supervisor/Manager Experience OR 3+ Years' Security Experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and/or industrial location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards and/or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and conduct security-related screening of employees, contractors, and visitors, including verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing deliveries to designated areas.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed.
  • Complete detailed written reports, log entries, and shift handoffs documenting patrol findings, incidents, and security-related activities per site requirements.
