Security Officer - (Zen-Germantown) - PT (NE) Germantown, MD, United States of America $21.00 - $21.00 Job Skills / Requirements Security Duties: Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems Indoor patrol of buildings (only) checking for physical damage, water damage, leaking pipes, bathrooms secure Extensive walking (down stairs only) and scanning check points Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time No outdoor patrols Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door) Two Post: Stationary watch from the Security Desk switch off every hour to conduct an extensive foot patrol using phone software and check points  Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12:00pm- 10:00pm Education Requirements (All) High school diploma or equivalent Certification Requirements (All) MD Guard Card This job reports to the Operations Manager This is a Part-Time position 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends. Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (not standing outdoors; just walking from building to building next door)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• MD Guard Card
