About The Position

Harney District Hospital is seeking a casual Security Officer to join our Security Team. This casual position will typically work less than 20 hours per week. The hourly wage starts at $19.11 per hour and increases based on experience. Harney County Health District is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of general security and safety.
• Good customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to understand and follow confidentiality rules and regulations of the Health District.
• Must have or be able to certify through DPSST for unarmed security professional.
• Equivalent to a high school education and over one (1) year of related experience, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the above duties.
