Security Officer - Open Interviews – Full Time Where: 55 Westport Plaza Dr., Suite 750, Maryland Heights, MO (Due to construction, you will follow signs for “Free Parking” in our parking garage. Enter building 55 from garage and take elevator up to 7 th floor and we will be on the right). Conduct patrols inside / outside the client’s premises, potentially in various weather conditions and in different types of terrain. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Provide detailed report writing. Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
• Standard computer / technology skills needed
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• Must have a strong professional appearance
• Valid Drivers License required
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed
• Driving record must meet company and/or insurance standards

Nice To Haves

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!!
• Open availability preferred
