Horizon House is actively seeking an experienced community oriented and dedicated Security Officer. This customer service driven opportunity will communicate with and respond to the needs of our residents and guests. As a Security Officer, your primary focus will be maintaining a safe and secure environment through clear and effective communication (written and verbal), responding appropriately to requests for service and emergency situations, and implementing the policies and procedures of Horizon House. The ideal candidate will possess: One (1) year of security experience or a structured security training program. One (1) year of customer service experience. Guard card preferred. Experience or training in de-escalation Excellent written and verbal communication skills
