Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and communicate with team members to support a secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while working in a dynamic and professional setting that values teamwork, agility, and integrity.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing dispatch protocols and communication tools.
Monitor and coordinate security-related operations from a central dispatch post within a commercial real estate location.
Communicate with on-site personnel and field officers to relay information, instructions and updates regarding incidents and routine activities.
Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents and dispatch activities.
Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with field staff around the business and perimeter, as required by site protocols.
Assist in helping to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining awareness of site operations and promptly reporting suspicious behavior.
