Emergency Local Deployment Now Hiring: Unarmed Security Officers – $22/Hour Locations: Central Florida - Orlando, Kissimmee, Auburndale, DeLand, Daytona Beach, Mount Dora, and other surrounding Cities We are currently seeking professional and reliable Unarmed Security Officers to join our team at hospital locations across Central Florida. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a safe environment in a healthcare setting. Pay Rate: $22 per hour Schedule: 12-hour shifts – must be open to any shift and all days of the week

Requirements

  • Active Florida Class D Security License (Temporary Blue Card accepted)
  • Ability to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Physically capable of performing security duties in a hospital environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
  • Must have open availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Must be reliable and professional
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors
  • Conducting patrols throughout hospital facilities
  • Responding to incidents and providing support when needed
  • Enforcing site policies and procedures
