Requirements

Valid Class D Security Officer License (required)
Valid Florida Driver’s License (required)
Reliable personal transportation (required)
Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Basic computer proficiency
Strong customer service and communication skills
Smartphone required for communication and reporting purposes (required)
Willingness to work overnight shifts
Willingness to work morning shifts

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
At least 1 year in customer service (preferred)

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and protection of company employees, visitors, and property at all times.
Secure premises by patrolling designated areas, monitoring surveillance systems, inspecting buildings and equipment, and controlling access points.
Respond to emergencies and obtain assistance by sounding alarms or contacting authorities when necessary.
Prevent losses and property damage by identifying and reporting irregularities, enforcing company policies, and managing trespassers or violators.
Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic to maintain safe and efficient site operations.
Prepare detailed incident and activity reports, including observations, security logs, witness interviews, and necessary documentation.
Maintain a safe environment by monitoring and adjusting building and equipment controls as required.
Uphold company integrity and reputation by adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Support operational efficiency by conducting preventive maintenance, following equipment protocols, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs or updates.
