About The Position

Are you a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety and security? Join our team as a Security Officer and play a critical role in safeguarding people, property, and assets. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing a secure environment for our clients. No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry. We have openings on mainly 2nd and 3rd shift, both full and part time opportunities available. Locations can vary by client site.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills
Previous administrative or reception work is mandatory
High level of professionalism
Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time
Moderate level of computer knowledge needed
Comfortable greeting and talking to new people
MUST have GED or HS Diploma
At least 18 years old
Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting

Responsibilities

Monitor and control access to client facilities.
Perform regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents.
Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required.
Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security.
