Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide excellent customer service and clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials for individuals entering or exiting the premises.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted activity.
Answer questions and provide general assistance to visitors and/or employees as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activity, or emergencies according to Allied Universal protocols.
Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following established procedures for the location.
