Requirements

Previous related experience is preferred
Must have a valid Driver's License
Exceptional customer services skills
Positive attitude
Work well in a team environment
Ability and willingness to learn
Our per diem security officers are required to work a minimum of three shifts month

Responsibilities

Patrolling the community premises regularly to deter and detect any suspicious activity
Ensuring the safety of residents, staff, and visitors
Monitoring security cameras and alarms
Promptly responding to any potential security breaches or emergencies
Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a secure and orderly environment for residents and guests
Monitoring and control entry and exit points, verifying the identification of visitors and vendors
Ensuring a safe environment by keeping resident areas free from hazards
Positively interacting with resident families and promptly addressing any concerns
Delivering packages to residents
Following all guidelines related to confidentiality and HIPAA
Performing other duties to support the effective operations that keep our community safe
