As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to all visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision as directed.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, yards, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Control access through designated entry points by checking identification, verifying authorization for entry, and directing deliveries and service vendors according to site procedures.
- Complete routine reports such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol activity reports, using required systems and maintaining clear communication with site personnel and/or dispatch.
