Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver CPR in Indianapolis, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to calls for service, and communicate clearly with employees and visitors while delivering strong customer service. This is a driving post, supporting mobile patrols in line with Allied Universal values of integrity, teamwork, reliability, agility, innovation, and a people-first culture. Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of security experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and visitor processing protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, hazards, and security-related concerns.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and other site systems as assigned, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with evacuations and/or shelter-in-place activities as directed, and coordinating with responding personnel.
• Document observations, patrol activity, and incidents in written reports and logs, and support investigations by preserving information and reporting policy violations.
