At Four Seasons, we ensure that your employee experience is just as rewarding as our guest experience. The Security Officer will ensure overall safety for all employees and hotel guests; Ensure the safety of all employees and guests; secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; assist in VIP and group arrivals/departures. Rotate with other Security Officers to support onsite employee parking operation in a seamless, safe, and organized manner.

Requirements

  • Possess a passion for flawless service and the highest level of integrity and work ethic
  • Solid communication and organization skills
  • Ability to stay calm during potential emergency situations
  • Strong computer skills
  • Positive driving record
  • Strong interpersonal and team player skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with safety and security within a hotel and/or law enforcement
  • Certified in CPR and First Aid
