Requirements

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficient Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge required
• Physical Endurance: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexibility: Must be available for weekend shifts
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Valid driver’s license
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites
• Provide security and safety for client property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Help maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises and patrolling locations
• Provide customer service and information to clients, employees, and visitors
