Requirements

2+ years in a similar role preferred
A passion for guest service and hospitality
Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
Assist and direct guests as needed
Communicates potential guest service issues to management team
