Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production, warehouse, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and/or vendor access in accordance with site protocols, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by observing truck traffic, employee movement, and restricted areas, while following post orders and escalating maintenance, hazard, and/or emergency issues to the appropriate personnel.
