Security Officer - Grave Shift Part Time! Location: Colorado Springs, CO - close to Garden of the Gods Wage: $17.00/Hour Available Schedule: Friday & Saturday 11pm - 7am Do you have a retail customer service background? Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear. Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, and/or vendors. Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems. Provide an atmosphere in which all client employees, site visitors, client, and Management know their needs are being met. Present a good image to client, public, and Management. Operates in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property. Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or information to others. Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site. Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards. Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Basic Requirements: 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Intermediate computer / technology skills needed. Customer service background preferred. Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!! Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol. Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
• Intermediate computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of customers in a calm and professional manner.
• Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record due to required mobile patrol.
• Must be able to obtain Colorado Springs Guard Card license and maintain it every year.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
