Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• A guard card or license is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or driver credentials, and report discrepancies according to site procedures.
• Observe loading, unloading, and trailer yard activity for security-related concerns, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.
