Officers are responsible for observing, reporting, and responding to security incidents, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires dependability, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently .

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous security experience preferred.
Must obtain and maintain an ASRB Guard Card within 30 days of hire.
Must possess and maintain a valid Alabama Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Review post orders, memos, and site-specific instructions.
Provide Tier-1 customer service to employees, visitors, and clients.
Document and escalate questions, concerns, and incidents to the appropriate Trident representative or site point of contact.
Conduct regular patrols (at least once per hour) to maintain order and presence.
Monitor and control access of authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and PPE requirements.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid, CPR, or AED support as certified.
Inspect doors, gates, and buildings for security or maintenance issues.
Report suspicious person/s or activities through proper channels.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Trident management.
