As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Role in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including hallways, lobbies, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized access, observe unusual behavior, and report security-related issues according to site procedures.
  • Support a professional healthcare environment by providing directions, assisting with visitor-related questions, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
