Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will be the first point of contact, greeting guests and staff while monitoring access to the facility. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will provide outstanding customer service, maintain clear communication, and embody Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and teamwork as you contribute to a caring atmosphere that puts people first. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence while following established security-related procedures.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and/or credentials in line with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating appropriate emergency response activities when required.
• Maintain detailed logs, records, and reports of security-related activities and incidents as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide information related to security-related procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff by following all site-specific policies and protocols relevant to a healthcare environment.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior through consistent presence and engagement at the front desk.
