Requirements
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities for a retail and/or mall location.
- Control access at the main entrance and front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing badges, and directing guests to the appropriate destinations.
- Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control panels, reporting irregular activity and/or maintenance concerns through the proper channels.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and/or local responders as needed.
- Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, document visitor and delivery activity, and communicate relevant updates to incoming personnel during shift transitions.
