The selected candidate monitors and ensures a quick response in the event of a medical or mechanical emergency. At Vi at The Glen, the selected candidate greets residents and and guests in a professional, friendly manner while parking and retrieving their vehicles.

Requirements

Valid and current driver's license
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.
Ability to assess and conceptualize the security needs of the community and act accordingly, especially in emergency situations.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to exercise good judgment and ability to work with confidential information.

Nice To Haves

External Defibrillator (AED) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensuring a safe, secure community for our residents and staff
Monitors and ensures a quick response in the event of a medical or mechanical emergency
Greets residents and and guests in a professional, friendly manner while parking and retrieving their vehicles
Greets all guest and residents in a friendly manner, striving to know each individual by name
Parks and retrieves resident and guest vehicles in a courteous and professional manner
Assists with resident packages and parcels as needed.
Manages emergency situations based on the Company's safety and disaster policies.
