Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with integrity, teamwork, and a people-first approach while contributing to a welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and staff.

Requirements

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance-related issues.
• Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help support authorized entry, visitor direction, and adherence to property rules and posted instructions.
• Prepare clear, timely reports on incidents, patrol activity, and daily operations, and communicate relevant updates with tenants, visitors, property representatives, and/or emergency personnel when needed.
