As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of the premises and protecting the health and well-being of staff, and visitors. Location & Site Specific Information: Northwest Houston, Texas Zip Code 77040 We are looking for a customer service-oriented security officer to join our team at an Industrial Supply Site. The primary responsibility of the officer is to provide a safe and secure environment for employees and customers. In addition, the officer will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by greeting every guest that enters the premise and monitoring all suspicious vehicles/persons. Officer must be attentive, have high energy, and have a concierge demeanor. Schedule: Monday | 1:00PM - 8:00PM Tuesday | 1:00PM - 8:00PM Wednesday | 1:00PM - 8:00PM Thursday | 1:00PM - 8:00PM Friday | 1:00PM - 8:00PM Total weekly hours = 35 hours (set schedule) This is a unique opportunity to join a new team and ensure the security and safety at a wonderful facility. Responsibilities

Greet every guest that enters the premise in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor guests to their destination within the shop
Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents, including medical emergencies and alarms
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and property
Conduct regular patrols of the shop to identify and address any potential security issues
Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a concierge demeanor
Operate a state of-the-art golf cart during hours of operation
Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
