We are looking for a professional and responsible Security Officer to patrol and monitor the property, act as a deterrent to crime, and oversee resident safety. This role involves responding to all resident’s emergency calls and observing and reporting any unusual activities throughout the property. The Security Officer will enforce policies and rules set forth by Christian Care and protect the rights of all residents within the framework of Federal, State, and Local laws. Additionally, this is a hybrid role that combines security duties with maintenance tasks. The maintenance aspect requires assisting with general on-site repairs such as painting, moving furniture, and unblocking drains as directed by a manager, while working as an enthusiastic team player to complete tasks and meet needs.
