Join Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location where you will serve as the front desk point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing access, monitoring activity, and supporting security-related operations with professionalism and care. This is a driving post. In this role, you will bring strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a positive experience for everyone who enters the facility.

Requirements

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific security-related procedures for a manufacturing location.
  • Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor logs and badge distribution, and communicate access requests, deliveries, and facility concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and reporting protocols for the location.
  • Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations while documenting unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and security-related events in required logs and reports.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry points, confirming authorization for incoming guests and/or contractors, and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations to site leadership.
