We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers to fill shifts at various locations. The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success. Pay Rates: 1st Shift - $21.00 /hr 2nd Shift - $22.00 /hr 3rd Shift - $23.00 /hr 1st Shift starts off at $21.00/hr, after 6 months of employment with Securitas at SIG Sauer, automatically bumped up to $22.00/hr. Schedules/Shifts Available: All at Newington, NH SIG Sauer Site 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00am – 1:00pm, 40 hrs/week 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, 40 hrs/week 2nd Shift, Monday – Friday, 1:00pm – 8:00pm, 35 hrs/week 3rd Shift, Wednesday – Friday, 11:00pm – 7:00am & Saturday 7:00pm – 7:00am, 36 hrs/week Securitas employees come from all walks of life, bringing with them a variety of distinctive skills and perspectives. Requirements

18 Years of age or older.
High School Diploma or GED.
Standard computer / technology skills needed.
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic
Strong customer service skills.
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
Must have a reliable means of transportation & communication.
Please note: this is an UNARMED Security Officer role

Nice To Haves

Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus!!
Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift – During various weather conditions.
Stay alert & have great attention to detail.
Conduct access control duties.
