As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure atmosphere for staff, patients, and visitors.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Interact professionally with staff and visitors to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Document and report security-related incidents and observations according to site procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare staff and local law enforcement as required to support a secure environment.
