Security Officer Needed - 2nd & 3rd Shift – Full Time – Centralia, IL Former Military / Law Enforcement Encouraged To Apply!! What Your Day May Look Like: Conflict resolution and de-escalation. Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues or hazardous conditions. Clearly and quickly report any suspicious activity. Provide detailed written reports. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license and a clear driving record required
- Must have reliable transportation (No public transportation is available)
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Customer service background preferred
- Prior security experience a plus!
- Former Military / Law Enforcement Encouraged To Apply!!
Responsibilities
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests

- Provide detailed written reports
- Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required
- Monitor CCTV
- Conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
