Requirements

Applicants must have excellent customer service, good communication skills and have a professional appearance.
Candidates need to have reliable transportation, as well as a current/valid driver's license.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
High School diploma or equivalent
PPSP License

Nice To Haves

Prior Security Officer, Military or Law enforcement background is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot and via golf cart.
Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and in-person.
Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs using computer systems.
Collaborate effectively with team members, building management, and law enforcement when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully.
Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.
