As a Security Officer, you are a vital part of our medical team. You'll support the organization through a variety of duties including:

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • At least (18) months of experience in Security Officer role with a focus on customer contact via patrols
  • Familiarity with card readers, surveillance systems, and basic security tech
  • Valid WA State driver's license and ability to provide driving abstract

Responsibilities

  • Regularly patrol campus and other clinic sites to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
  • Respond calmly and effectively to suspicious behavior, potential threats, or emergencies
  • Use de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and maintain peace
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist with directions, jumpstarts, escorts, and more
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, secure areas, and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Partner with local law enforcement when needed
  • Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and manage access systems
