As a Security Specialist, you serve as the face of TRIDENT and the initial point of engagement with our clients. You represent the TRIDENT brand through a visible presence, upholding safety standards and delivering professional, client-centered service in every interaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior security experience is preferred.
  • Must obtain or currently possess a valid Nevada Guard Card within 30 days of hire.
  • A valid Nevada Driver's License is required.

  • Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations throughout the shift.
  • Must be available for weekends, holidays, and overtime as operational demand dictates.

Responsibilities

  • Review and remain up-to-date on all post orders, pass-down logs, and location-specific instructions.
  • Provide top-tier frontline customer service to staff, guests, and the general public.
  • Capture and route concerns, issues, or questions from clients or the public to the proper TRIDENT contact or site POC.
  • Ensure every document and report is complete, accurate, and escalated through proper channels.
  • Complete scheduled perimeter and interior patrol rounds (every 60 minutes) to maintain security and order.
  • Oversee access control for authorized individuals, vehicles, and visitors entering the property.
  • Keep the workspace safe and hazard-free, confirming PPE compliance for everyone on site.
  • Respond to medical events and deliver basic first aid, CPR, and AED support.
  • Inspect doors and gates to confirm all entry points are properly secured and functional.
  • Walk building interiors to detect damage, hazards, maintenance concerns, or unusual activity.
  • Report incidents involving suspicious persons or behavior through the proper chain of command.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities assigned by TRIDENT.
