Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support daily operations through clear communication, teamwork, and integrity while representing a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative culture.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the outer perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in support of site protocols.
• Document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
