Looking for an exciting opportunity to work as a security officer? We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated security officer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security of the premises and protecting the health and well-being of staff, and visitors. Location & Site Specific Information: The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for a commercial office building consisting of three buildings. Duties include visitor management and foot patrols. Officers will be greeting visitors as they enter & exit the building, and monitoring the lobby to ensure compliance with security protocols. The Officer will also be responsible for patrolling the parking areas on a golf cart. Officers will continuously monitor all areas, enforcing parking regulations, and responding to any security issues or emergencies. Responsibilities

• Monitor grounds to prevent theft, trespassing, or vandalism.
• Request emergency personnel as needed.
• Patrol and provide security presence.
• Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
• Patrol all areas of the site.
• Warn and report violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Ensure security breaches are immediately reported
