About The Position

Security Officer – Part-Time, Nights Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Stephenville 411 N Belknap Street Stephenville, TX 76401 Work hours: Part-Time, Nights Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM Department Highlights: Security provides services 24/7 including vehicle escorts, patrols in building and in parking areas, response to service calls. Here’s What You Need Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required And Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security, or closely related field is preferred Experience 2 Years of Experience in security, law enforcement, or military police Preferred and 2 Years of Experience in healthcare or education Preferred Licenses and Certifications DL – Drivers License (Class C and insurable) upon hire required And ACPI – Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 30 days required And NCSO – Non-Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 2 (not required if have Level 3) 120 days required And CSO – Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 3 (2 attempts permitted). Biannual recertification. 120 days required And TASER Certification- Complete Course & Certification (2 attempts permitted). Annual recertification. 120 days required What You Will Do Patrol buildings and clinics for unlocked secured areas for after-hour entry. Locks and opens doors according to schedules. Provides individual and group escorts to and from parking areas. Identifies and removes unauthorized individuals from property. Maintains compliance with Texas Health Police policies. Pursues and detains persons involved in criminal activity. Fills out incident/offense report forms and composes narratives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
  • DL – Drivers License (Class C and insurable) upon hire required
